Premium Class Sponsorship
Horse Shows usually offer only one grand prix but there are
other classes where the amount of prize money or the levels
of competition command the audience’s attention. Classes
like the “Welcome Stake” and the “Amateur
Owner Classic” all provide additional sponsorship opportunities.
Many of these classes could not take place without sponsor support
and the Premium Sponsorship is a source of enhanced prestige
at our show. To recognize their contribution to our competitions
Premium Sponsors receive privileges and amenities including…
• Mentioned in all advertising, publishing, and
promotional materials issued by The Circle City
Equestrian 500
• Company name/logo on obstacle in the arena during
classes
• Three (3) 3’ by 12’ banners in arena and
positioned in
high traffic areas
• Public address announcements during the class and
throughout the event
• Expanded photograph and entertainment opportunities
as agreed upon with The Circle City Equestrian 500
• Space for display booth near arena or other agreed
upon
high traffic area
• One (1) Full-page color advertisement in official
hose
show program (Camera ready advertisement provided
by sponsor)
• Rights to advertise affiliation with The Circle City
Equestrian 500 in all marketing materials and use of the
event logo
• Participation in awards ceremony for sponsored classes
• Invitation to the VIP Reception prior to the Grand
Prix
• Complimentary VIP Box Seats (16-24 seats per box)
for
the Grand Prix and 3 VIP Parking Passes
The Premium Sponsorship is $20,000 net -$50,000 net. |
