Gold Level Sponsorships
Horse Shows typically offer Championship and Classic classes
where the amount of prize money or the levels of competition
are substantial and generate a showcase of entertainment for
the spectators. Classes like the “Marshall & Sterling
Adult Hunter Classic” and the extremely popular “Pony
Jumper Classic” all provide additional sponsorship opportunities.
To recognize their contribution to our competitions Gold Sponsors
receive privileges and amenities including…
• Company name/logo on obstacle in the arena during
classes
• Two (2) 3’ by 12’ banners in arena
• Public address announcements during the class and
throughout the event
• Expanded photograph and entertainment opportunities
as
agreed upon with The Circle City Equestrian 500
• Space for display booth near arena or other agreed
upon
high traffic area
• One (1) Half-page color advertisement in official
horse show
program (Camera ready advertisement provided by sponsor)
• Rights to advertise affiliation with The Circle City
Equestrian 500 in all marketing materials and use of
event logo
• Participation in awards ceremony for sponsored class

Photo Opportunities
• Invitation to the VIP Reception prior to the Grand
Prix
• Complimentary Box Seats (16-24 seats per box) for
the
Grand Prix and 1 VIP Parking Pass
The Gold Sponsorship is $10,000 net - $20,000 net
Specific Class or Division selections will be honored on a
first come first served basis. |
